At BMC ART ZONE, we take great care in creating, inspecting, and securely packaging our handmade products before dispatch. As our products are individually handcrafted and may be customized according to customer requirements, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For verification, customers may be required to provide:
Order details
Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
2. Handmade & Customized Products
Due to the unique handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape, or finish are considered part of the artistic character of handmade work and will not normally qualify for a return or refund.
Customized or personalized products, including products made specifically according to a customer's requested design, name, photograph, size, or specifications, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product is received damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.
3. Change of Mind / Cancellation
Returns may not be accepted simply because a customer has changed their mind or no longer requires the product, particularly after production or customization has begun.
Order cancellation requests should be made before the product is dispatched. Acceptance of cancellation will depend on the order status and whether customization or production has already commenced.
4. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
5. Return Shipping
Where the return is approved due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product, BMC ART ZONE will provide appropriate instructions regarding return or replacement.
6. Important Notice
Customers are requested to record an unboxing video when opening their package, particularly for fragile or customized products. This may assist us in verifying damage or discrepancies during delivery.
BMC ART ZONE reserves the right to review each return or refund request individually and make a reasonable determination based on the condition of the product, order details, and evidence provided.
